After your build application has been accepted, we may recommend you reserve your spot on our waitlist.
Our build schedule is usually booked about 3-6 months in advance. In order to plan for the arrival of your dream tiny home, we recommend Reservation Fees in order to hold your build spot in our queue. This fee is $3,500 and will be considered as part of your down-payment.
Please select your agreed upon build spot from your approved build application, keeping in mind that delivery will occur approximately 3 months after that date.
