We are comfortably located in Lake Butler, FL, but because our tiny houses are built on wheels, we are happy to deliver to you anywhere in the United States. Shipping is quoted on an individual basis dependent on distance.

We do not offer any financing options at this time. If you are seeking funding on your own, we’re happy to provide any additional information about our products you need to secure your own funding.

We have tiny homes available for immediate delivery off the lot. We also take orders for any of our models with a maximum 3 month turnaround time. Or, if you are interested in designing a custom tiny home we can get you started with a custom design consultation.
