Finding financing for your tiny home..
We are currently working on establishing financing partners for our tiny homes, please check back regularly or join our mailing list to be notified of updates..
We do not do payment plans, rent to own, or in house financing, however there are a few options we can suggest for financing.
1. Apply for an RV loan with your local small bank.
If you have a banking relationship with a local small bank, you can apply for an RV loan or personal loan with your bank to fund our tiny homes. Not all banks accept our tiny homes for loans, however, we can provide them with any documentation that will assist in the process.
2. Apply for a personal loan online.
There are several online platforms that provide personal loans for tiny homes. Check out LightStream, Prosper, and Sofi.

Have your financing in place and ready to start your build?
If you bank with Capital City Bank, live in one of these Florida or Georgia counties (Red or Blue on the map), have a credit score over 630, and have 10% cash down. Contact us to apply for your tiny home loan now!
If you have banked with Wells Fargo for at least one year, you can pre-qualify with an online rate check. Wells Fargo will finance our tiny homes with a personal loan for up to $100k with 12-84 month loan. There are no stipulations on how these loans can be used, which gives you access to use one for our tiny homes! Wells Fargo offers banking in 37 states.
Radiant Credit Union serves 11 Florida counties. To qualify you must live, work, do business, worship, regularly transact, or study within one of their serviced counties. They offer an unsecured personal loan up to $40k based on income with a 5-yr term. To qualify, you will need a 639+ credit score. The interest rate is 10.99%-18%. The max personal loan amount will be up to 3x your gross monthly income, which can be combined with a co-applicant.

Campus USA Simplicity Loan offers up to $50k over 120 months. Must live in Florida in one of the 24 county service areas. Apply online and if approved must visit a service center in person to fill out paperwork. 700 credit score required, $50k max. 120 months, APR 7.49-9.39%.
