Here’s how it works (I promise it’s as simple as it sounds):
You have property, and want passive income, so you send us an application.
We like your property, and think guests will like it too. You get added to our waitlist.
We build a tiny house on wheels (8 x 16-24ft).
You prepare your land for the tiny home by ensuring there is a spot with electric, water, and sewage or septic hook up (we can help with this process..inquire in your application).
We deck out the tiny house with custom interior design, decor, and guest amenities.
We deliver the tiny house to your property, set it up, hook it up, and list it on our SuperHost AirBnB profile.
We manage the listing, take bookings, communicate with guests, hire cleaners, and do all the leg work.
You sit back, relax, and watch as passive income flows your way each month (You will receive 25% of the net income each month. Pro tip: the more gorgeous your property is &/OR the more centrally located…the more income you will make!).
You find that with this extra income each month, you have to work less, and can enjoy more.
Your life becomes more fulfilling, as you are able to spend more time doing what matters to you most, and less time working for someone else (what a dream!!).
