Prana - 24 x 8 ft (320 sq ft)

  • Prana is designed to have universal uses. It makes a great guest house, a profitable and efficient Airbnb, and can also be a great small home for full time living! Prana has a similar layout to our Rasa model with an added 32 sq ft of space.

  • Prana’s winning feature is the cozy living room nook. The living space is 7x7ft, nestled underneath one of the lofts. It has the largest living room area out of our tiny house models.

  • A fully finished Prana model starts at $60,000. Upgrade options include shiplap interior walls, washer/dryer combo unit, and furnishing. Customizable options include converting some kitchen storage space to a bar seating area, choosing a tub, or, shower with additional storage, and choosing a built in couch or leaving living space open. Additional costs include tax and delivery fees.

Goa - 24 x 8 ft (320 sq ft)

  • Goa is designed for those that want to go tiny full time! The kitchen is large enough to cook meals for the whole family, coupled by a small seating area, a spacious living room, a full sized bathroom, and two sleeping lofts. Goa also includes a washer/dryer combo unit.

  • Goa is perfect for those who love to spend lots of time in their kitchen! Featuring a u-shaped kitchen underneath the loft, Goa comes with a 4 burner electric range, 7.1 cubic foot fridge, and all the kitchen storage you could need!

  • A fully finished Goa starts at $65,000. Upgrade options include shiplap interior walls and furnishing. Customizable options include choosing a full size tub for the bathroom, or a 36in shower and added storage. Additional costs include tax and delivery fees.

Rasa - 20 x 8 ft (264 sq ft)

  • After 3 years of hosting tiny homes on Airbnb, and 16 different Airbnb listings, we developed Rasa. This design is geared to maximize profit and return on investment. The layout features two queen sized sleeping lofts along with space for a couch on the main level, making it possible to sleep 5-6 guests. A simple, minimalist design makes for quick and easy turn-over cleaning, keeping expenses low. The building materials used are designed and tested for rigorous daily use, ensuring minimal maintenance and upkeep for the host.

  • Rasa features two lofts, both of which fit a queen sized bed. Both lofts can be used as sleeping spaces, or, convert one to a small office, reading nook, or storage space!

Tulsi - 20 x 8 ft (160 sq ft)

  • Tulsi makes a great guest house or mother-in-law suite. It has everything your guests will need to be fully self sufficient in their own independent space while still being close to your home for a visit!

  • Tulsi is our only model that features a bedroom on the main level. This makes it perfect for anyone that does not want to climb into the lofts for sleeping. It does also come with a second loft for either additional sleeping space or storage.

  • A fully finished Tulsi starts at $40,000. Upgrade options include shiplap interior walls, washer/dryer combo unit, and furnishing. Customizable options include converting the open shelving kitchen area to a bar seating area instead. Additional costs include tax and delivery fees.
