If you would like to customize your tiny house further than the options given here (other than color schemes), such as: custom wood choices, design elements, layout customization, adding additional features, etc. you will need to purchase a design package.

I do not need any additional customization other than what was chosen in this application. (no extra cost)

I would like to customize more details of the design, so I have/will purchase a design package. I also understand that custom design tiny homes require 50% down to begin the build. (add $1000)
