Our Process

Planning for your tiny home.

At Simplify Further Tiny Homes, we offer a variety of options for the needs of every client. Whether you are looking to purchase a finished tiny home as-is, order one of our models, or design a tiny home for your specific needs, we are here!

Feel free to take a look around our website. We want to provide you with as much information as possible to help you achieve your dream home.

If you are looking for a tiny home as soon as possible, check out our current inventory. We always keep tiny homes in stock that are ready for purchase right off the lot! We have multiple options for models, layouts, sizes, colors, and finishings.

If you don’t find what you’re looking for on the lot you can place an order for one of our models. Once you put your deposit down your tiny home will show up on your doorstep in as little as 3 months!

If you want to design a custom tiny home different from our models that fits your own specific needs, and you have an initial idea of what you are looking for in your tiny home, explore some general budget options using our Build Application.

Once you are comfortable with your quote, and are ready to apply, fill out the form at the bottom, and hit submit.

We will then communicate with you about your desired timing of your design and build, and help you determine how your build will fit into our construction schedule.

Next Steps.

If you are ordering a model or custom tiny home, here is what to expect:

1) After submitting a build application you will receive an email with a detailed quote for your build, an estimated timeframe, and answers to any additional questions you may have.

2) If you are interested in customizing the tiny home above and beyond what is shown in the build application, you will need to purchase a design package. This package costs $1000 and includes a 1:1 consultation (virtual or in-person) with our tiny home designer, your own custom 2-D layout and a full quote. We want you to be happy with all the details, so we make sure you approve your layout before completing an estimate, and we want to make sure the estimate is clear and confirmed before we continue.

3) Once the design process is complete and plans are finalized, construction contracts will need to be signed along with your down payment.
