Custom Design + Estimate Package

Once your build application has been accepted, it’s time to start the design process. We are delighted to be with you throughout this process! To get started designing your home, you will need to purchase a design package.

This package includes a 1:1 consultation with our tiny home designer, your own custom 2-D layout, and a full cost estimate. We do not have 3-D rendering at this time. We want you to be happy with all the details, so we make sure you approve your layout before completing an estimate, and we want to make sure the estimate is clear and confirmed before we continue in your build process.

After purchasing this package, you will receive an email to confirm your consultation date and time.

This consultation can be done virtually via zoom or in person.
